Uluç is an inland residential neighbourhood of Konyaaltı, north of Gürsu and Altınkum. Gazi Mustafa Kemal Bulvarı runs through the middle, and side streets are numbered in the 1100s. My child has come home from school on 1143rd Street without the key. Can you open the door?

Yes, but only with an adult who lives there present, and after we have seen their passport or ID plus a rental contract or residence permit (ikamet); we cannot open a door for a child alone. If the key may have fallen into someone else’s hands, we can change the cylinder on the same visit; if you just need a spare, key cutting is enough.

We have bought a flat in a new development in Uluç. Should we change the cylinder?

We recommend it. After handover nobody really knows how many copies are still with the builders, fitters or the sales office. A cylinder replacement makes all of those keys useless, and the lock itself can stay. We show you suitable cylinders and their prices on site, before any work starts.

The terrace door of our duplex sticks too. Can you look at it on the same visit?

Yes. While we are there for the front door, we can check the terrace or balcony door too. If a new cylinder or a lock change fixes it, you hear the price for each door before we start; if it is a lock type we do not replace, we say so straight away.
